I ordered on a Sunday night and paid extra for delivery on Wednesday. On Thursday I called because the packages had not arrived. I was told that my order was on hold and that I had received a telephone call asking me to provide the answer to a question. The event the banners were ordered for was being held on Sunday!

1. Your staff made things happen. They handled the problem and got me the merchandise in time. Excellent save on an order that was going to be a cancel.

2. It is a crappy way of doing business to call, leave a voicemail and then not follow up for three days. This is an Internet ordering service, not a telephone order, so communicating with me via the Internet is the LEAST YOU CAN DO. You clearly have the ability to contact me via email, so why why why do you not do that when there is a problem with an order? Robo calls to my cell look just like a call from your sales department and are easily ignored, just like people ignore suspected robo calls all the time. USE EMAIL!

Let me start with, " Your Signs are Fantastic, bright and well made". I think you have a great site. The last batch of heavy duty sign holders fell apart after a few weeks (the ground was very hard and I'm on a windy street), but the signs look great. I'm giving the sign holders another try ( maybe the Spring will enable them to last longer); ordering six to replace the first batch and five for the new signs. The new signs and holders have arrived. I wish I had ordered these signs two years ago, because many new customers have come in having seen them.

Very simple to use hopefully it will be that easy once i receive the banners.

My banner came out absolutely beautiful, better than I could ever expect! One banner I used a picture that was overpriced 50 years old, they picture came out on the banner amazing and clear, I was so pleased. Website is so simple to use to design your own banner and the turn around time was so quick, I couldn't ask for a better experience start to finish!
