This was my first time ordering a banner. I was very pleased with the timely professional attention while getting the order placed, the art fine tuned (my designer is a perfectionist and put a hold on the initial order. ESigns followed up with emails to be sure the order wasn't forgotten.), the banner produced & shipped. I needed it for a Saturday show, they said it would be delivered on Friday and it was. Not only that, it was beautiful! It did smell a little when I first unrolled it, but that dissipated in a few hours.

Service and quality were great. Extremely fast getting my order out. Customer service awesome. My only concern is your shipping costs. If I remember correctly, I paid more for shipping then the decal itself. I also do a lot of shipping and the package sent, with the box should not have been over 6-7 bucks tops.

I have ordered from esigns quite a few times for my Synagogue's events and signage. Quality is always top notch. The last time my retractable sign had a retracting issue, esigns right away re-printed and shipped me a new sign. Having been in the graphics business, i am confident with the products they have provided to me and the customer service. They are terrific!
Site easy to use to design your own sign
We had the same sign for many years and time and weather finally got to it. So I looked at lots of other sites and pix of signs but without seeing/poking/touching/tilting etc them I was not sure they were for us. And knew you were and probably would be perfect again. The giant box appeared in just over a week.
The sign is for a library so I set up the messages and it was ready to go. Clear and bright and attractive.
It is just what we needed/wanted. A little heavy but that's ok - great for the wind and snow here in Maine!
