Very quick getting the proof! You should add something about how customers should be sure to have their caffeine before working on the design, or they'll have to correct it as I did. Duh! Got the banner 2 days after I ordered. Everyone at the event who commented said it was terrific.

After having issues with customer support (trying to change background) that was frustrating, Jeff called me and set me up with Chuck to resolve my issue. I have been using esigns for years, and have always been happy with the product and service. However, I ordered a sign last week, and was very unhappy to find out that the shipping cost was almost as much as the sign (and I did not request expedited shipping). I contacted esigns regarding this matter, and they could not have been more helpful. They immediately resolved the shipping cost issue within a day. Fantastic customer service! I just received my sign today, and it is great, as usual. Very pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service at esigns! I would highly recommend this company.
