I have ordered 2 winter jacket for my daughters. When they arrived they did not like because the sizes were to small for medium and small, material was poor, the metal button fell apart and when you take jacket off inner sleeve comes out of the sleeve because it is not attached to sleeve with anything. When I asked abut where to return it they told me to return it to Chine and I had to pay £28 shipping fee. Customer representative suggested that I am better of to resell on e-bay is appalling if you are not happy with goods sell it to somebody else.

I placed an order on 2/6/15 & still have not received it! They finally responded to my email on 2/26 & said they were CLOSED due to their Spring Festival from 2/13 - 2/26! And that it would take an ADDITIONAL 8-12 days to "PREPARE" my order! WOW! SO BASICALLY THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER & PAYMENT & YOU JUST WAIT UNTIL THEIR SCHEDULE PERMITS THEM TO SHIP YOUR PURCHASE! I ordered 2 pair of boots in January and still have not recieved my boots, they said I would have them by the 4th of Feb. Well it is now the 28th and i still have not gotten them, all these good reviews on here are B/S, NOT NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
