I couldn't be happier. My B&D leaf blower hose came apart after only a year. As it cost $100, I really didn't want to buy a new blower. However, I could not find the replacement anywhere even though Google searches had brought up websites that had the attachment in stock. I was ready to give up when I happened upon the eReplacement site. They had a few of them in stock (and had the picture so I could tell it was the right one). I received it in just a few days and saved quite a bit of money. Thanks!

I have never before used this company. I will in the future. I was actually shocked that the price of the part was so low. The part shipped quickly and at a reasonable cost. Email updates were fantastic.
I know times are tough for businesses in the days of Covid. I ordered a clamshell for a Dewalt Drill. They sent the wrong part, not even close to what was needed. I took pictures and sent that info with the part and also sent it on an email to them. It was no problem to get an RMA and return the part. But, now I wait in limbo... still waiting for the credit on my CC, are they going to send the correct part?, should I order a part from a different website? If I call, they say they cant take calls. If you are running a business and can't care of little things like this, then maybe you should make some changes... I always had good luck with ereplacement in the past, just do your job, let me know what you are going to do and let's fix it.
The parts I ordered were not available and were back ordered. Dates of delivery were moved back but the parts showed up before the dates stated so our machine is back and in great working order. Their communication was great. Over experience was good.
The replacement carburetor, air filter and spark plug fit perfectly on the Honda engine. After installation the engine starts on the first pull. Very satisfied
I have been trying to get a return label for a wrong part that was sent to me for 5 days? I have called and emailed and not sure why I'm having so much difficulty getting a return label emailed?
I order multiple parts, however you sent me a part that I did not order and I've emailed you numerous times! To date no one has responded. You suck!
Replacement auger belt for old Murray snowblower took a while to arrive, but was informed of that up front. Perfect fit when it arrived. Have always had good service and parts from eReplacementParts.
Most parts for my 35 yr old Makita planer still available. Parts were easy to find in their online Makita assembly drawing / parts list and catalog. Parts I ordered were shipped next day to Canada and took about two weeks to arrive. Overall very happy with their service.

Terrible customer service, I have ordered the same parts twice now, they get shipped but never delivered and returned to sender. I have tried calling customer service and because of COVID they don't have staff taking calls and they don't answer my email either. Terrible company, won't order from them again... EVER!

Imagine my surprise in receiving one piece for my chop-saw when I needed two.
NO problem, I just ordered another. MY mistake thinking the two pieces were joined and they were not. I am waiting for the second piece but this first one is perfect.
The parts for my snow blower were good but they took 5 weeks to arrive. After waiting 3 weeks for the parts to get to ereplacement parts, they took 2 weeks to send them across the US by truck. I'm glad it hasn't snowed that much.
I will buy again, have pictures easy to order the right part, the price okay, the order came on time, I am very happy.
