I used your website to get a new pull start for my power mate mini tiller. It was a direct fit and I had no problems installing it.

The service was great, pricing, tracking, parts diagrams, website search engine all good. The part however was defective and I was unable to make my repair. The rubber hoses on the oiler assembly were very old and brittle and broke in several places (4 before I stopped the task).

The heat tents on my CharBroil grill were rusted out. Aside from that, the grill was still in good working order. We had two kitchen gadgets/appliances that had parts that broke (one was put into dishwasher, other was ‘forced' onto appliance). I ordered a new carburetor, gaskets, tension spring & throttle cable for my 6 year old and well used Troy Bilt 225 9" tiller. Everything came in within 4 days of ordering. The new parts were a perfect match to the old ones. I had the tiller running like a boss within 30 minutes.

Reason for replacement: The old carburetor had a broken spring that opens the valve, and throttle cable was gummed up.

More than once, I tried to click BELT CLIPS and the site continued to redirect my choice to BIT CLIPS. One final attempt in choosing BELT CLIPS, and I proceeded to check-out. In a relatively short time, I received my package from e-replacement only to find, you decided I really wanted bit clips instead. Totally disappointed. And then to read there is a restocking charge for returning what was incorrectly sent in the first place... was the limit. I will accept and cut my losses with this company.
