After receiving the item in a broken form I requested another which requires the previous to be sent back extremely inconvenient Especially considering the shipping charges $25. They were kind enough to drop the shipping from $25 to $9 for the replacement however upon receiving the replacement item it was also delivered broken. Now I'll have to ship back the second item and waste more of my time!

Ordering parts online is something I'm just not confident about. Just think if I had order the wrong one and having to return the part (just thinking of the hassle).

Found the site easy to navigate to find my Husqvarna equipment. Thought the description of the parts could have been better... for example. I needed to replace the fuel lines in my trimmer... ended up buying a new fuel tank to get the lines. No explanation that the tank included a new fuel filter... which i bought separately. A clear description would have been helpful. Parts do work and am pleased with the fast delivery and quality.
