The part that I ordered was a replacement for one that broke. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and the part was an exact fit and of better quality than the original.

Ordered a piston ring and got it late and was broke in 2. Then charged me for a replacement and the replacement came in broke in 2. Didn't even waste my time calling again. Cause they charged me again for the replacement the first time

Roller was rotted out on reel. Replaced roller from
Ereplacement parts.com. Parts where perfect and delivery was fast.

I ordered a small quantity of parts and they held all of them until the full quantity was received. There was only one in stock when I placed the order, so I waited four months before receiving my order. I would have greatly preferred they ship the parts immediately as they arrived and was not given that option.
The parts were exactly what I needed and the measurements given in the description were accurate.

Ordered a small part on their economy shipping, it's been over 17 days and still no part. The only thing I get from them is excuses. Just a warning, when they say it will ship out in one business day, means nothing if they take over 17days and counting to get the part to you. They took/take no responsibility in who they shipped it with and wouldn't credit me for the part. Said I would have to refuse it, as if I would wait around for them to deliver it one of these days. Suggest going to someone else that maybe a little more or less in cost however can actually get the part to you in a reasonable time.

My trimmers spool hub became warped and I hated to throw out a perfectly good tool. I ordered the part from eReplacementParts.com and it came faster than they quoted. I installed it that day and the trimmer is working better than before.

Bought both burners for my coleman roadtrip grill. Installed perfect. No issues. Came with all the hardware and brackets. Made my grill like new. Parts came 2 weeks before the original eta.

In our Amazon Prime world where everything is delivered in two days, my order took much longer, but they stayed in touch via email letting me know the status of my order. When it was delivered, the part was definitely new and well packaged. In fact, I got an entire new handle, not just a replacement for the piece that was broken.

I will definitely keep them in mind should I need parts for other machines I use around the house and yard.

First order was sent to ford motor company which I tried to get the part from and no luck, no refund offered needing part badly so ordered again and double checked address to make sure. Last transaction that I will have after getting double charged. Your records show me listed as ford motor company not sure how you did that.
