Second purchase of these same items over ten year period. Same fit, same function. If it breaks again I know where to go again. The only thing that changed was the price.
Part was perfect... only problem was I paid extra for faster shipping and it took twice as long to get it... But customer service was awesome... they refunded the difference for reg shipping and fast so all was good! Thanx!

I love how easy it is to diagnose an issue and find the requisite part. I used ereplacementparts to get the part and you tube to figure out a difficult disassembly. I am back in business! This is the fourth tool I have been able to repair using this site--awesome.

They advised that the part I needed would fit my crock pot, but it didn't. Then they make it very difficult to return and get a refund!

Always helpful for part for my mowers. Just wish they would let you know the parts would be delayed if one item is backordered, and give the option to send what they have and ship backordered parts later, even if there were more shipping costs. Never had a problem with the parts or the order!

I tried to order a pair of parts online, found the parts and were in stock according to website. Got all the way to check out, but then the site would not let me finish. So then I make a phone call to complain and of course they know nothing of a problem with the website. So I then place the order with the representative over the phone. On the web site it is advertised shipping of 5-10 business days, after talking with the rep. She said one part was in stock and one was not, even though the website said both were in stock. It ended up being 31 business days to get my complete order, every time I called to question what the hold up was, I got the same thing no help at all and no one even offered to check on it until I GOT LOUD AND CURSED. I do not recommend company nor will I ever go through this again with them. The worst customer service treatment I have seen in a very long time.

These were a crankcase gasket and crank seal for a n MTD snow blower engine I was working on. They were easy to replace and have worked fine.

I ordered a replacement carb for my blower along w fuel line, primer bulb, air filter and plug. All the parts were shipped promptly and packaged well. New carb was easily installed and worked on first pull. Will order again from eReplacementsParts... well done... thank you
