You can find the little repair parts for for small electric tools. The site has the technical drawings so that you find the tool and it's parts accurately. There are also helpful how to videos available.

At this time I couldn't tell you if I was satisfied considering I placed an order over 14 days ago have received MULTIPLE updates on when I'm "supposed" to receive product from fed ex and each one has a different date. The latest being the 21st of January. Almost a month since I placed the order? I don't think that ordering something and having to wait over 3 weeks to receive when it comes from the US is acceptable at all.

Every time I order parts from E replacement it is exactly the factory replacement part I need. Perfect fit works exactly as I needed it to work.

I ordered a part according to your website and it didn't fix the problem. It wouldn't go in all the way and would let the chuck turn at all. The problem is the screw inside is missing and the chuck won't tighten on the bit. It won't close at all.
