I needed a wheel to use the edger on my tiller, ordered the right part number, got a totally different wheel! Can't call and talk to anyone because of the virus!

The website was great! The part was delivered at a reasonable time and pricing was fair. However, be sure you are ordering exactly what you need. Our lawn mower cable was not long enough. Our fault. :/

Lost original chuck key while re-locating position of 16 1/2"in Delta drill press which I obtained from former high school SHOP teacher about 20 years ago when he retired. We maintained friendship relations for many years and the drill was more than just a piece of equipment! Made many searches for this small but necessary piece of equipment. Finally gave up after nonsuccessive search and ordered new key. Rec'd new key which was quickly put to use. Then, 3 days after putting the new key to use I found the lost key in one of my magnetic "bowls" which had been covered with other items. This is a very old drill and has sentimential attachment and I'm glad to know eReplacementParts is valuable provider of this type equipment.

I ordered an air filter (*******) for a Vanguard engine. No where in description does it mention the pre-filter (foam band that covers paper filter). So I ordered a pre-filter. As you'd guess the ($15) air filter includes the pre-filter, so I have an extra which I'll probably lose before it ever gets used. No big deal but with better description I could have saved $6.50. Enough to pay for shipping.
For hard to find parts, I'll be back.

I had not a clue as to where I would be able the find a cap the bar chain oil storage on my pole saw-our facilities manager suggested your site while he was tightening the chain on the saw and within a few days I was up and running again! The overgrown bushes and tree branches don't stand a chance against me now! Thanks! So much!

I couldn't believe the very first time I decided to look for a replacement part for a generac generator... I googled the part, which was a rubber bushing and fuel cutoff valve and eReplacement Parts showed they had this part. The part arrived in a timely manner! Every part I have received has been the correct part and worked great, my only complaint is sending USPS and paying extra to receive day earlier, it usually doesn't make it on time, rather have FEDEX or UPS deliver, other than that they are my only go too for parts. Thanks...

Seal & plug

Over 30 years ago, I bought an old, used pressure cooker from a swap meet. Over time, the seal just wouldn't seal. I looked up the part and found it from this site. It was a perfect fit! It also came with a plug, so I replaced that as well. When I ordered it, I received an email of purchase, then another that it was mailed. Within 3 days, I had everything I needed to cook again! My neighbor was the most excited because I could cook him some beans again! It fits perfectly!

During the global pandemic, my Honda generator failed, due to a defective throttle control. I ordered a part from eReplacementParts, who directed me to their "partner" iGlobal because I am from Canada. The part is less than one inch in diameter but cost $132.00. Shipping was excessive, at $71.00, and prepaid tax and duty was also excessive at $45, but I was desperate. So I paid a total of $249.

But that was not enough profiteering for the 2 companies mentioned above.

I received the order and was forced to pay taxes - again - to take possession of my package.

This should not have happened, as I had prepaid $45.30 for duty and tax.

I emailed iGlobal and copied eReplacementParts, which did not accept my email through its servers!

Default to respond and refund in 2 business days will result in me filing a complaint with BBB, and write negative reviews on all social media platforms I can find, for both iGlobal and eReplacementParts.

I will also ask for a refund through Paypal and file a formal complaint with them to have you both excluded from their platform.

This is FRAUD, and profiteering during a crisis!

SHAME ON YOU, iGlobal and eReplacementParts. You will be remembered for your profiteering and fraud during the pandemic.

This was my second drive cable for my string trimmer. First time I went to a local outdoor equipment business that had to order the part. It took two weeks to get it. EReplacementParts had it to me in just a few days!
