I am a bit old school still getting up to speed on the internet purchase thing. I looked all over for the part that I needed and zip. I was browsing the internet one day and found the site, and with a few clicks there was the part that I was unable to find and the price was definitely a big seller. Shipped to my house and arrived right when they said that it would. I will be looking here again in the future for parts for my other machines. In my opinion, simple and direct for ordering and shipping, and totally honest I have no regrets whatsoever.

This would have been 5 stars but finding instructions on how to install wasn't easy and what I found was incomplete. Had to go to YouTube to get the scoop. Otherwise, fast and easy parts at good prices.
The good was a way to order parts Without leaving the house, and a diagram/layout of your projects is helpful. The bad, they didn't say that I needed a tap to bolt my project together. And $3 per small bolt was over price I thought.

The trigger gun i have will not work with out something else fitted to it. A quick release, which didn't come with it. The pressure washer was a gift and was bought from a store. The part being replaced has the quick release already fitted to the trigger gun, to my surprise i have to buy another part for it to work. I have tried to call with no luck, i needed to talk with someone to explain my problem, and hopefully get this resolved. I will go on line, and try again. Although, something may happen from this review. I wait patiently for your reply.
You folks had in stock all three small parts ( in pictures) that I could not find elsewhere = Elation.! When the parts arrived I compared them to the pictures, and to my surprise one looked nothing like the part I had purchased? 33% of my parts arrived the wrong ones = Reservation :(
Tech at ereplacement wasn't sure if deck would fit Toro Z4200 timecutter but I took a chance and ordered anyway cuz the pic looked exactly like my old deck, I was really impressed with pulley that came with deck, if you order this make sure you get new spindles and belt pulleys they are a bear to take off the old deck make sure you have a good assortment of heavy duty tools to tackle this project and before you transfer parts spray 2 coats of flex seal spray top and bottom to slow future rust posted model#s for body and engine

My Karcher 395 power washer was missing the Variable Spray Wand.

Ordering was very easy. The Variable Spray Wand arrived in 2 days.
After a minor adjustment I got things working BUT the Variable Spray Wand was NOT variable. In the "soft" setting it worked fine when I used the "hard" setting water just dribbled out.
Exact part I was looking for (and couldn't find anywhere else, including the DeLonghi site), really cheap, and super fast shipping. Glad I got several and will be back when I need more!
Stuck at home with our 93 year old mothers... what were we thinking?... and the dishwasher rack crashes to the floor.
One thing leads to another and we realized we needed to get stops, new rack adjusters, and the spinning sprayer.
Plastic gets brittle after 7 years!
