Wrong item

I ordered a replacement part for my rice cooker. It cost almost as much as a new one but I really liked the rice cooker I had. The service took much longer than anticipated, which with all that is going on with COVID 19, I was okay with that. When my part finally came, I received a plastic filter for a large coffeemaker, which left me to buy a new rice cooker because I really need it.

Easy to navigate site that had all the parts I needed to to a tune-up on my Honda lawnmower. Shipping was fast and I received my order within three days of placing it.

The wrong size was sent. Tried to return them but no success. Could not logo on to web site and no phone calls were being taken. This is a royal pain. I was trying to return Black and Decker filters and try again for the right ones.

Was easy to find on the website. Description and photograph was clear. The item was exactly what I needed. Received it in a reasonably timely manner. Price was reasonable. BUT, it did not come with the hose clamp described and shown. The inner package had been opened and taped up for some reason which tells me that happened before it was inserted into the outer shipping package. I used another hose clamp and it worked, but it's nice to get all you paid for...

Website is not organized in a way that allows you to quickly find the part you need. Website also needs a better cross reference to parts that can be substituted for parts that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Many parts while they may not be recommended by the manufacturer can be substituted. Manufacturers want you to discard the old item and buy one of their new products. Keeping a stock of parts for old items can also be costly.
Delivery of parts was also very slow. Amazon does a much better job of fast delivery.

I've used eReplacementParts on several occasions over the last few years. Every time I order a part I'm confident I'll receive the part I've been looking for that will fit and function properly. I have a 15 year old Power Wheel Jeep that had been outgrown by its original owner (my grandson-now 18). I cleaned it up and purchased a new battery two years ago and my two granddaughters used it regularly. Unfortunately the last time out the gear shift broke off in their hand and they were devastated. I promised to do my best to fix it but didn't have much hope. On a whim I googled it and found a replacement part at a reasonable price and it was shipped directly to me within a week or so. I put in the new part and it works great!

The control for my evn way spreader came but the cable was significantly shorter than the original. I will figure out a way to make it work but it ticks me off that you sold it as the original when it clearly is not eVen close. On the positive side you all know how to market and sell really overpriced parts.

I have an older Bolens mower (2003) with a Briggs and Stratton motor. I needed a replacement mower blade (yes, I admit to hitting a few tree roots over the years) and was having trouble finding one for that old a mower. I went on to eReplacement, found that the website was easy to navigate, price was reasonable, as well as shipping cost. The blade arrived in two days! With the pandemic, it is sometimes taking 3 weeks (or more) to get items that I order online. The blade was a perfect fit and the lawn is looking good.
