I placed 2 orders and had problems with both. The first order they shipped to the wrong address. The second order has an incorrect part. They were impossible to speak to and unhelpful or unresponsive via email.
I needed a new guard for our trimmer. Couldn't find the part at the store and thought I'd be buying a new trimmer. I found this site and was excited it was available and amazed at the low price. No shipping problems. I'll use this company in the future.

I ordered the parts with hope of a quick turn around. They advertise next day shipping yet it took 7 days to ship. I find this false advertising
Was not happy to the way y'all replied to me about my order, made me call y'all back several times and my product was in back order for two weeks with out letting me know because I was told it was to be recieved in three to six days and I still have not received it so please don't ask me about an honest response back

I ordered parts off the website diagram for my model chain saw. The parts did not not fit but were close. I went to a local saw repair shop and bought the correct parts for $23. I paid $63 to purchase and ship. Lesson learned.
Had a horrible experience, after 3 weeks of waiting got sent the wrong parts for my lawn boy, all the parts are for a TORO? Air filter is wrong, drive cable for self propell was way too long!, only thing right was the blade for my mower
The part does not fit even though we ordered the part shown. Very disappointed as now we still can't use plus the wait time to arrive was long

Ordered new tray, burners, and igniters to refurbish our Coleman Toad Trip grill. Some of the parts were on back order with the Supplier due to Covid 19. I was provided regular updates which we appreciated. The parts eventually shipped and everything fitted as it should.
Quick on shipping also online baying is very easy to use. Service for help on a part you need and is on back order is very fast too.

Bought New Roller brush and belt for UH******* hoover vacuum and received wrong roller 5'' too long for my vacuum. Wrote and E-mailed mulitiple times without any return response Had to return the roller at My cost, $12.00 out of my pocket.

Ordered a replacement Lawnmower Grass catcher. Wrong item was sent. I tried to contact the company by email and phone. Never got a response from the email. Phone recording says to contact them by email.
Got the parts I needed, took a while because they had to be ordered from the mfr. Would have been nice to know when I ordered, not after the order was placed.
Corporations who believe that robotics and automation are superior to human handling are going to not succeed. It is critical for any online retailer website disclose the shipping method prior to payment. Disclosing the selection / use of USPS would have resulting in providing eRepl Parts a Different MAILING address.
Note: MAILING is NOT SHIPPING. ERP gets 1 stars b/c 1. They exist and I am grateful for that and 2. Much of what is shipped to me comes by carrier other than USPS. Customer satisfaction is lost when business or home repair projects are Unnecessarily delayed. Hire more people.
What is the big deal about emailing, or texting, or calling YOUR CUSTOMER! When there is a delivery problem. TOTALLY SUCKS
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
Answer: Jacks Small Engine is a good source for small engine parts. Baileys Outdoor Power Equipment is where I get my chain saw parts.
Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
