In a time when pressure canners are super hard to find the handle that had the pressure pin cracked so my canner would not hold pressure. This site has the replacement part for a fair price along with a pic so I could be sure it was the exact one I needed. It was easy to find and order. The replacement handle came in quickly even with all the craziness going on right now. I am super happy with my purchase and back to canning with zero issues. This will definitely be my go to place if I ever need replacement parts.

I ordered grill grates and made a mistake and ordered the wrong grates. The return process was easy and my refund was processed quickly. I reordered the right parts and they arrived quickly. They were the right size this time and they work great. This was a pleasant experience. I will order new parts from here again.

Great quality and prompt service. I talked with a representative twice, they were well informed and courteous.
The only negative that could share would be that the emails sent by the company said that they would keep me informed if there were parts that were on back order and notify me when items shipped. This didn't happen, however in this time of everyone dealing with so many issues surrounding the corona virus I feel this is a minor issue.

I received a 1/2" X 1 1/2" plastic part instead of the Front Bracket Axle Shaft for my Kirby Vacuum Cleaner. A 50 cent part instead of the $38.35 part that I ordered. I called the toll free phone number and they refused to answer the Sales rep. Line claiming (Covid19)!
The Front Bracket Axle shaft is metal and more than 1 ft. Long! I believe that I was INTENTIONALLY CHEATED!

I gave MODEL # for part for our Craftsman Weed Wacker over the phone. Your sales rep. Reassured me it was the right part. It was wrong machine threads we needed 20 and it was 24 per a Machinist. According to your policy... which we didnt know when we ordered it... we could not return it after trying to install it.

We're happy we ordered them through this company. They fit perfectly. The price was just shy of $3 a knob. Not bad, right? We recieved our parts and several were bent, but we were able to fix them with pliers, there were no new screws or cotter pins included and there were no directions included.
I tried calling customer service to have them send me the directions but was unable to make the person on the other end understand what I wanted. We were very happy when the back ordered parts arrived, but, without the above mentioned, we had a terrible time putting the grill together. We had to go to Home Depot to purchase new hardware as after 10 years the original were not usable.
