It took forever to get my parts for a Craftsman string trimmer. It took 2 months to get everything. Several emails saying one part was in, then a different one, then nothing. I finally was able to talk to someone who got 4 items shipped at once. Still waited another 2 weeks for the last items. The ONLY redeeming aspect of this situation was the professional attitude of the rep who I talked to. I would look elsewhere before ordering from this company again.
Great place to obtain parts for my maintenance equipment. Great turnaround time. It would be even better if your website provided troubleshooting videos for common appliance/equipment.

Although the part itself was a perfect fit and t was shipped and sent on its way in a very timely fashion, the shippers let it sit in a shipping center halfway through its destination for nearly a week and didn't move. Couldn't understand this at all. Contacted shippers and got no reply. I would suggest finding a new logistics handler

I wrote your company months ago and told you the model number of my barbecue and reason I was contacting you was that I needed the grease pan to catch the grease. It took awhile but you responded back and told me the part needed. I ordered it 6/17 and paid extra money for expedited shipping. Order # ******* Took much longer than expected and although it's a correct piece you didn't tell me I needed the larger pan as well with the any screws It's July 21 and I still haven't used the bbque. I feel like that both pans should of been made aware to me and I would of ordered both w hardware needed and paid one shipping fee. Not very happy with your service. Please send me the larger grease pan n hardware needed to attach it ASAP. Thank u
Ordered the part online and received it within a week at most. Was a perfect match to the jar I was replacing. Was well wrapped and the box had plenty of cushioning in it. Could not ask for anything more!
Great fit. Perfect for my Ridged band saw. I had them o in about 30 minutes without taking the blade off. Plenty of slack lowering the top pulley.

When buying (part), you should consider purchasing (these parts) as they tend to need replacing at the same time

I already had the mfr part numbers when I looked at eReplacementParts, but they had all the info to confirm that I was looking at the correct parts. They had them in stock, shipped when expected, arrived when expected and the parts were correct. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered a air filter cover for our lawnmower. Part number matched but the connection for the hose was straight and not at an angle like the original. So it didn't work. Inexpensive part but it was not cost effective to send back.
