Waited for a week and a half to finally arrive, when it did it didn't fit my jigsaw. So now I have a jigsaw that runs fine, but cannot hold a blade. What a waste!

You folks are a joke. I have been waiting weeks for the product I ordered to arrive and I still have not received it. That did not stop you from asking for me to do a review of your service. The service I have received is without a doubt the worst I have yet received from ordering online. I strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with you folks, look elsewhere!
Although I'm handy, I often struggle to completely fix my small engine equipment on the first try. Most often it is due to a misdiagnosis of the problem which requires a 2nd or 3rd trip to Amazon or the local hardware store for yet another part.

The guide got it exactly right on the first try and my blower is back and running as if it were new. The website is very creative and intuitive and I appreciate the excellent design and behind-the-scenes wizardry.

We ordered the regulator for our Coleman Propane Stove in hopes that it would fit both the one pound cylinder and the 20 pound cylinder but it fits only the small cylinder. The hose shown in the manual with the stove is listed as unavailable. Any suggestions?
Parts were correct when finally arrived 3 wks later with an expedited charge I didn't request.

Wasn't my cheapest option. But web site said all three of my items were "in stock". "Expedited shipping" wasn't much higher and might see my parts a couple days sooner, so went with it. The drafted their money out of my bank the next day. Annoying as other places charge you when they ship, but I was OK with it.
Then when it was about time for me seeing my order, the website changed and said my parts were ordered from the factory. Then in a week, it showed "NA" where expected delivery was.
Took a full month to finally get my parts. Without refunding the extra "Expedited shipping" fee.
Will not make the mistake of using them again.
Then I get this email wanting me to rate their service, ROFL!
Fast and efficient delivery. - The purge bulb was very easy to install in my ECHO chain saw. Just remove the air filter and using long nose pliers remove the hoses and pop out the old bulb and install the new one 15 minutes tops. Everything fit perfectly and works well.
Right part, right price, delivered ahead of schedule. Solid results from Ereplacementparts... as I've become accustomed to!

The small springs I needed to repair my Honda lawnmower were perfect. However, the $7 postage charge for each part was excessive.
We ordered parts for our gas dryer and they shipped them to us. These were small parts and were shipped in an envelope. When we got the envelope it had not been sealed, there was nothing in the envelope. We tried calling and emailing them, never got a reply. We will never order anything from them again.
