I bought a drain hose for my portable air conditioner, and it didn't fit.
They recommended the hose for the unit and now I'm out $20.
If I return it, it costs me more than I would get back.

I ordered a chute deflector for my lawnmower. It never arrived, although I was told it was delivered. This will be my first and last order from eReplacementParts.com.

I had better success with e-replacement than I did with the manufacturer. I will use e-replacement, if I should ever need items. Note: Consider a lower shipping method. My shipping cost was more than a third of my product order.

The part i recently received was not the pictured item. But being a good mechanic i made it work. I do like the availability and selection. I am still satisfied with the purchase, shipping was double the price of the part but that is out of my control.

I was happy with the whole experience, until I got the old axle and first wheel off and realized I had to remove the splined sleeve. Sprayed some wd40 on it, clamped it w/ vise grips, and whacked the vise grips. The sleeve shattered. The instructions need to explain how to safely remove this piece if it doesn't come off w/ the wheel.

Ordered in April-received in August. Never knew when order would ship. Poor communication. Tried to email for info-received a reply that they had emailed me. Never saw anything updating me on my order. Will try other ways to order before I come back here as last resort. Once product received, happy with the quality.
