My only thing would be maybe a better packaging job because my box was ripped and one of the balls had fallen out.
The wrong order was shipped to me. My email to Epic Sports was ignored. When I tried calling them I was told to wait on hold for over an hour. It took a week before I was able to reach someone who could send me my correct order.
I ordered the pocketed crewneck sweatshirts. The shirts fit nicely but the pockets are super small. So, it's like why'd you even put a pocket here if people can't fit their hands in them? Is how I feel at this point. Therefore, I wanted to do a return but unfortunately, there's no paid return shipping option and there's a restocking fee. I think I got the short end of the stick. Not too sure I'll be ordering from here again due to my bad experience. A 1st impression is always your best/worst impression. Ijs
My order was small and relatively simple. Four pairs of socks in assorted colors. The order was complete on delivery, and delivered within the anticipated time window. Happy customer.

The color of the rib down the legs isn't close to what it looked like online in the picture. Also one pair of pants had black smudges on the back of the legs and the color has run into the white of the pants.

Delays in shipping were frustrating. I purchased because of attractive price but was left stressing because delays made so that we were dangerously close to season start. Coaches repeatedly calling me wanting to know when they could expect their items. It took a few emails and finally some phone calls to get it.
