I order a lot of baseball equipment annually for our league. I ordered 2 L-screens one of which was missing the hardware. There was no attempt to make the order right. There are a lot of sports equipment distributors out there that value their customers' experience. Based on this experience, Epic doesn't seem to be one of them.
Found what we needed for less than other sites offered. Was not to happy that it would take 5-7 days to process the order then ship but that is something you have to plan for.
