It was pretty easy when you choose the Team Sales box. I really enjoyed that option. What I did not like is that with such a large quantity order there are no perks like free shipping or something. I called customer service and received the worst customer service! Chris was so rude and had such a mean disgusted voice. In fact didnt even give me his name when he answered the call after I was on hold. He just said Epic Sports and I had to ask him "I'm sorry what did you say your name was I didnt catch that" (thinking I may have missed it) and he was so rude. When I asked if there was any sort of special going on or coupon that was available for my order he answered with such distaste as if I was asking something offensive. It was very insulting and he really shouldnt be answering phone calls.
It was fine. The shipping on parts of my order did surprise me. I decided to not order the whistles and baseball t shirt. The tag on the jacket said it will fade over time and not to place it next to darker colored clothes that it may bleed onto jacket. Are all the jackets likely to bleed? It mentioned to keep it in a plastic bag to prevent bleeding colors.
