ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN! Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have never written a review before this so this should tell you something. First, it took over a month for my items to arrive which is comical this day and age. I then attempt to return an item. They not only didn't pay for return shipping but have the audacity to keep the item and not refund me accusing me of "scratching" the item. Not even a notification. Then say if you want the item that was "damaged" back (which is a complete false accusation) you have to pay for the shipping again. It doesn't end here, then charged me a "fee" for re stocking the item during return that they kept and never reimbursed me for! I WOULD NOT ADVICE TO BUY OFF THIS SITE! STAY AWAY! I am outraged. The manager on the phone then hangs up on me when trying to get answers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY!
We used Epic Sports to order our youth league team football pants. It was a nightmare. We paid for 2 day shipping (40$) to get the pants in time for team pictures and the first game. They came a week late. Then when we did receive them the package was short 3 items. In addition several of the sizes were incorrect. When we asked them to rectify this, the rep and the manager were both extremely rude and condescending. Everytime I would try to respond to what he said he would cut me off and tell me that I needed to use complete sentences and stop speaking in fragments. Ignoring the fact that he wouldn't allow me to actually finish a sentence. In the end they that I couldn't "prove" they did anything wrong. Therefore I could return the incorrect sizes but I would have to pay for return shipping and a restock fee.
As far as the correct pants I would have to place a new order and pay shipping again.
No way. In the end we went through a different company for the correct pants and are STILL waiting on a refund for the incorrect sizes they sent. We also had to pay almost 30$ to ship them back. After the restock fee we will have lost close to 100 dollars on this order.
Please save yourself the headache and use steellocker! They are so much better.
I have NEVER written a bad review in my life but I have never been so angry or insulted by a company in my life. They cater to youth leagues and children! It's terrible.
I wish there was a less expensive shipping options for smaller orders. Still love Epic!

Shopping online was easy. Quick checkout, great prices. Shipping was good, not too high of prices for shipping either.
Same 'card as before, but had to change billing address per telephone conversation. Received shorts with i/s length 4" longer than desired, but will keep them.

I have ordered many times from Epic Sports and have been very satisfied with product, price and delivery time. I found soccer pants for my varsity high school soccer team for $.99 to give us a third uniform kit. I will continue to order from Epic Sports.

First time in 3 yrs that I had any issues with an item. Wasn't Epic's fault, it was the vendor for the items (sizing was way off). I will not hold a vendor issue against Epic, their service has been excellent every time I have used them. I will continue to use them in the future.
Not sure what has happened to this company, but their customer service, responsiveness and ability to fulfil orders in a timely manner has drastically declined in the past few months. I placed an order on 8/5/18 which should have shipped out (according to their estimated dates) on 8/16. Called on 8/20 when it still hadn't arrived and no shipping info available. Was told by rep something, he couldn't explain what, happened and it could ship that day - I asked to have it overnighted and he refused based on their "dates are all estimated" M. O. - spoke with manager - same story. Said it would def ship that day and I would get tracking #. 8/21 - No tracking info sent, called back. Spoke with same rep. "Sorry - not sure why it didn't ship but it's being pulled at 10 a.m. and will go out today." Fine - still terrible customer service, but need the items and don't want to suffer further delays. Here we are on 8/22 - different rep tells me it's packaged and ships out today. WTF? This is no way to do business. Time to find a new supplier.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
