Sizing was a bit tricky by internet. I would have appreciated more clarity about size and fit. The quality is high and the delivery was fast (we chose "economy" and the product still came briskly).
I thought online shopping was easy. Placing and paying for my order was easy as well. I had a ship date emailed and was set on that date (week and a 1/2 out). I received an email stating the order was delayed, it arrived late which was inconvenient but the products are just as expected if not better.

The order arrived on time. I would have like for the delivery time to be shorter, but it was delivered when you said it would. The pants are great quality, and for the price, can't ask for anything better.
As far as sizing, I read some reviews that said the pants run small. So I ordered a size bigger to be on the safe side. They were big. Not so much he can't wear them but a bit big. His regular size would have probably be perfect. Not complaining about that either because he can probably use them again next season.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
