Ordering is easy. Delays in production are acceptable. Not provided faster shipping because or those delays is unacceptable. Delivery times should be given every effort to be accomplished and delaying a product by standard delivery when it is already late to ship is not acceptable. If you take longer than you say to ship an item, then the shipping should be upgraded at no additional charge to priority or overnight.
Ordering was easy and efficient. My items were delivered in the specified time. I've ordered from Epic Sports before over a span of several years, and I'm always pleased, especially with the prices.

Choosing the custom design was relatively easy online. However, it was difficult to navigate back to update order and as a result I ended up with 7 coach hats that have no logo when I thought I added them in with the logo.
Separately, I was provided regular updates telling me my order was on track. Then I was notified on date of delivery that my order was delayed and the account rep could not provide me with an updated ETA until the day it shipped over a week later. We had ordered a month before our game and initial ETA was 2 wks prior. It was stressful not knowing if we would have u forms for our first game. The shipment then arrived 2 days prior to the game.
Lastly, I was sent one of the coaches shirts without a logo. I now need to call customer service to reconcile that item bc it was an oversight on Epic when I looked back at order summary.
Positive is that quality is very good and I am happy with the product that arrived and accurate.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
