I'm selecting the 5 star rate because the webpage shows all products in a very simple and practical way. It is very clear the shopping process, but as a suggestion, will be better if the customized products like "embroidery" options can be showed the design changes or simulates the final view for every selection that the user clicks. For the hats, the embroidery location should include other places like the sides or back.
Everything went very smoothly! Just wish the shipping could be faster with out paying a lot of money.
