Awesome place awesome merchandise
The product was fine, but I added a note to not deliver until Sept 12 since i would not be at that location until then. When the shorts were ordered they stated the delivery date would be Sept 12. In the note I stated to ship it a few dates later, so it would not arrive early. Under most circumstances I would be happy to have the items arrive early, but not in this case, especially when I added a note to my order. Nobody bothered to read the note. When I called customer service I was not happy with the service or attitude. She said there is no place to leave a note. There is under "Is this a gift?". Since there was a note, somebody should have read it and nobody did, or they completely ignored it.
The website was very user friendly for a mom who is just learning about this sport!

I enjoy shopping with Epic and they are usually my first to go location when looking for my Softball needs, whether it be for coaching equipment or my girls equipment. Usually a good experience although shipping cost sometimes nullify the savings over any other place, therefore it's not always the cheapest but mostly.
