When you call it "one-day shipping" or "two-day shipping" is should mean the items arrive in one day or two days. You cant say "one-day shipping - will arrive in 5 days" that simply isn't reasonable and quite honestly sounds like false advertising. I understand that these items come from a supplier and you don't keep inventory on a lot of stuff but if that's your business model you should make sure you have the logistics in place to deliver goods in the time frame you charge for, or if you can't figure out the logistics, then change your delivery options to reflect the actual time of delivery so I'm not paying $60 for 5-day delivery. There are way too many online retailers for customers to choose from and speed of delivery is one of the most important buying factors to consider. With all due respect, the items do come faster than they say but I still have to pay and extra $40 to ensure they arrive on time. I am happy with everything else that epic does, but that part is important enough for me to look elsewhere.
