I REALLY needed to access size charts! Had to order item in two different sizes to hope one fits properly!
When the items arrived, two were way too big. I was forced to request an RA to return them, which would involve a ridiculously priced restocking fee. Luckily I was able to find two more items in different sizes and colors to replace them, thus avoiding the fee.
The customer service on the phone when I called to request the RA and order replacement products was absolutely excellent!
This all could have been avoided with having accurate size charts available for each brand! How much trouble could it possibly be to include them on your website?!
