It was delivered very quickly and my order was accurately filled.
We have a hard time finding approved slow pitch soft balls in our area. We paid for 6 balls at academy sports that we paid for a dozen at epic.
Our team was short 1 pair of socks I called customer service was told by Max at Epic it would arrive in time. I had an email with the tracking number it showed 2 days which puts me to Monday our game is Saturday so it will be no good to my team we need to check in as team uniform complete socks player pants and jersey helmets sadly had to buy 21 player socks on amazon so they can match lies lies lies when i called he said two days is day it ships 10/18/2018 so second day will put us at 10/19/2018 no Max that would be an overnight delivery he insisted no I called UPS and they said its coded second day so friday is one day monday is the second day never did i feel like he wanted to help

Not happy with products
I paid for shirts three weeks ago and have not received I called Epic they informed me they didn't have the shirts I ordered in the first place and they had to order them from another company. They took my money on the day it was processed and now have no idea where my shirts are. No customer service with this company.
Overall good did not receive free shipping.
