Horrible customer service and company to do business with. Did not receive credit for everything I returned. Also was quoted a 10% restocking fee on the phone when I called for a RMA number (I have never been charged restocking fees with any other online vendor) but was charged 20% for some items. Company would NOT honor 10% restocking fee quoted. ADVICE: Find another website to order from. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM EPIC SPORTS.

The customer service sucks, they are rude, have very nasty attitudes. They shipped my order to another city, did not follow my instructions after I spoke with them requesting a full refund, they still shipped out a replacement, that I don't want. They take forever to ship your order & still can't get that right. And then have the nerve to be nasty when you call them regarding their screw- up.
I will "NEVER DO BUSINESS" with them ever again.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
