The picture was of crew neck shirts and received v-neck - it was a problem due to trying to match other crew necks purchased the year before.
Bought new jerseys for my team at a great price in clearance. 1 jersey did arrive with a stain on it. It was my first time ordering from Epic and I would definitely order there again. Customer service was helpful with placing my order.

Had some delivery problems because 3 of the 4 packages were shipped by ups but the 4th was delivered via usps. This resulted in problems with our delivery address because one uses our street address while the other requires our po box. Should be consistent one way or the other.

Got here sooner than promised
Had to return the jacket. Right size in the chest, but the waist was too small (and not described in size chart.)
Called CS to exchange. Christy was great. Ordered next larger size, dropped item off with RMA,and she processed the refund immediately. Little disappointed that the shipping was not refunded, but at least I didn't have to ship it back.
The colors on the stock image was alittle misleading. The rest of my order was perfect - I plan to order another hat to see if it will be alittle better. My order did not arrive on the day it was scheduled - that is my only real negitive. Other than that, I've used ya'll several times before - keep it up!

Quick, easy, and affordable
I accidentally placed my order twice and had two charges on my credit card. Being from US was nervous that I would not be able to reconcile that problem since telephone hours did not match my waking hours. However, I sent email which was answered timely and corrected the problem. Highly recommend Epic Sports
