Never again! I wrote my complaint to the Epic Sports supervisor and I refuse to say it all again cause it was horrible service, wrong color drifit, and no response at all from customer service! Never again!
On multiple orders from Epicsports they have given me outrageous shipping times of 2 - 4 weeks only to wait to the day it was due to arrive to call me and tell me my order is on hold due to a out of stock item. I would assume that is because they waited a month to pull the item! You either have to cancel the item or reorder which starts the whole process over again. At that point you still have to wait for it to be delivered via ground shipment.
EPIC this is 2019 get your supply chain in order! You should be able to commit to a reasonable shipping timeline and stick to it. As for items constantly going out of stock, update your inventory database to track realtime sales to current inventory levels. You are in the closeout business, you know this is an issue!
Its easy to shop the website, there is a wide variety of products to choose from and the prices are very reasonable.
