It takes longer to get than anywhere else I order. Wish I could get next day without paying extra
I spent over a week trying to get 1 pair of shorts corrected. They sent me Black instead of Navy. I emailed; called, called again and was on hold for OVER AN HOUR, was disconnected. Called the next day and spoken to by an extremely RUDE man who did not care how long it had taken and told me that I may not be able to tell the difference between blue and black. I'd get a call when I got a call and it didn't matter that I paid for Navy. They had no concern for customer service at all! Their systems do not share so if you spoke to one person, no one else could help. If they were gone or on vacay... so sorry for you. Terrible, absolutely terrible customer service. They had no problem taking my money, but clearly do not give a care about the order being wrong or dealing with it timely.
I was called and told my order was being held until I called back. I tried and was on hold for a very long time, while I was holding you called again. I understand that you were trying to verify my credit card but the wait time was not acceptable. Once that was taken care of we received our order quickly.

Placed order... paid extra for 3 day shipping which starts once they actually get the order together- sent emails saying 1 item was out of stock and I needed to respond on what I wanted to do. I replied back with cancel- 3 days later they are still sending same email asking for same info- paid extra for shipping and the package should have already been there buy yet it still has not left facility. They just send out random emails and the wait time to call is over 2 hours long. They either need to hire another 150 people or just close shop. I honestly feel bad for the employees who get yelled at everyday for things that are out of their control.
Easy and simple
Waistband on the football girdle has already started coming loose. Belt on the football pants has already broken and had to be replaced. Too late to return/replace because practice has started and we can't do without them. Fortunately I know how to sew.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
