UPS lost an order three months ago they had done the investigation and everything has been complete and you guys still have not done nothing about it refund me or anything I don't even want the refund I just want to keep ordering from you guys which I'm still doing it and I keep giving you guys business so therefore I'm not happy with you guys for not taking care my problem #*******. Box was open and extremely damaged on arrival though it looks like item itself is fine and not missing any parts. Unfortunately it was supposed to be a present and couldn't do that given the shape of its arrival.

Great site. Easy to find products. My son wore his jacket one day and the front shell now has a slit about 4 inches long and is now trash. He was carrying a cardboard box, no rough edges, at least I couldn't find any and some how the shell tore.The shell is very thin compared to other jackets I have purchased in the past. I will not buy these jackets again.
