When I placed my order, there was 1 item that was out of stock. The company promptly, notified me (within 24hrs), giving me enough time to make a decision on whether or not to wait for backorder or cancel and find something else. Considering it was for Xmas, and already December, it could have left me scrambling for a gift at the last minute. But, thanks to their consideration, I didn't have that problem. I'll be ordering from this company again! Thanks!
