Order information and payment method did not stay in the checkout screen while I reviewed my order. I had to retype some information.

Variety of items, great price. Quality is good as well. My order was delayed but not Epic issues but mail carrier dropped off package at wrong location.

It was easy to navigate through the website. And the prices were very reasonable. I placed my order and received it 3 day before expect. I would recommend Epic sports.

Ordered 7 boxes, only received 6. The 7th box was delivered after I contacted customer service.

I had to return some baseball pants for different sizes and the transaction was very easy.

The person I talked to was friendly and professional.

I would order from Epic sports again.

Overall experience was good, delivery time was a bit long but ok, prices are great and quality not bad at all. Items fit perfect the only thing I would like to see improvement on better online descriptions of the items.

The issue I had was on our side, some of the sizes we selected did not fit but we were able to return for the proper sizes. My only issue with all the orders I have placed is the amount of time it takes to ship product. Other sites do same day ship or next day guaranteed but it has taken as much as a week to get items that supposedly are in stock,
