My order was lost for two weeks after my order was initially placed. I contacted customer service and this was not an easy process to correct. It would have been helpful if my shipment could have been sent next day or even two day since it was lost for such a long time. The re-order was sent regular ground.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
