Placed an order for about $70 and nothing I ordered worked out. Returned everything besides one jaw guard that I had to modify to fit helmet. All was new in original packaging. After it was all said and done I received a refund for $17 and some change. Company is a joke and would not recommend them to anyone.

I received some other customers shipment and it took a long time for me to get the correct order delivered to my home. I took the liberty of sending the wrong shipment to the right customer and never got a thank you from epic. I also had to convince epic that I did this, and also still never received my own shipment. This was not cool and I had to do it all via email which was even more frustrating.

We received our products on time and were very pleased with the quality and the process overall. We will order again in the future for our needs.

Arrived earlier than expected. Nice product. Worked out perfectly for added protection to a column a little to close to the sports court. The materials appear durable, the crash pad has 4-5 velcro straps securing it properly in place. Inside corners are cut on a 45 degree angle for a beautiful finished look. I haven't worked with support because there wasn't a need. Great product.

The nets didn't fit as nicely as I was expecting. Other than that everything fit together well. More clear directions could be nice as well. I also was notified before they arrived.
