Had trouble ordering on website because shipping would not calculate and kept getting stuck. Had to keep trying.
Service was ok, but had some issues with back orders, and when I was finally able to talk to human, I was told that I can release the non back order stuff to be shipped and the rest of the hats that were on back order would be shipped at a later date, instead they waited to ship them all at the same time. We had to play three games with no hats.

Received socks and belt that must've been returned. Both were used. The belt was very dirty. Everything else is OK and was very well priced.
I have never had a bad experience ordering equipment before. We decided to try a new company because the past few years the company we had been using was sending cheap items that weren't lasting. When I initially tried to order from EPIC, it wouldn't accept the tax ID. Then items got lost. Luckily neighbors saw my post and realized it had been delivered to the wrong address. However, as a business, I would think customer service would have been kinder. I don't think we will order again.
I had to have my order sent to South Carolina to my son and then pay an extra $35 to ship to me in Puerto Rico. Please allow shipping to PR.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
