We continue to use Epic Sports for our soccer balls (size 3). They are easy to work with and when we received an order of balls that deflated after 1 week, they made it right.

Not happy with my order of worth poly blue dot softballs,they have no pop in them at all,almost like hitting a grey dot,or like eating a saugy cookie,direct sports has the same ball,and its like hitting golf balls,not at all happy with them.
May I suggest making a slimmer fit in width for those with smaller faces.
It's was good but I think the time to receive your order is a bit long. It seems to be the #1 complaint among all the reviews and it's not the USPS, it's a warehouse picking/packaging issue.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
