As a high school soccer coach I can state that epic sports has the lowest prices and also great service. I have never gone wrong buying from them.

I've always had excellent service until my last purchase. It took me a week to receive my order and I only received half of it. I called to find out what happened. Took 3 days to get an answer. Was told I would receive the balance of my order in 3 days. Took me another week to finally receive it. I was not happy since this put my volleyball schedule back two weeks.

The overall experience is great. The only down fall is there are times when I would just like to order a single item, but the price for shipping it out ways the item. There is not any time where you have discounts on shipping so I have to go elsewhere. Over all if there is something I need or want, I know I can count on Epic. I just might have to pay a little more, due to shipping.

The person on the phone was very nice- some of the products were great, some not so good- the explanations on the website were inadequate & sometimes misleading- a shin guard cover was " one size fits all"- it didn't fit me! Way too small - I'm 5'2- I kept them because to return would be more than they are worth-

I am an umpire and bought a new chest protector and shin guards. The purchase was easy and I got both items pretty fast. I like the chest but not the shins. When I went to return them I was told there is a 25% restocking fee? I decided to hold on to them as I will not pay that much to return an item. So I do not think I will be shopping there any longer

We order all our goalie needs from EpicSports. Their sizes are true, prices are great and shipping happens sooner then the date they give. We love EpicSports!

This order was executed perfectly. I was overwhelming happy with the initial order being taken, the product that arrived and the time in which the whole transaction took place.

Not even 1 star. I placed an order on February 23 and STILL have not received part of the order. It's March 14. When I called to try to resolve the issue and explain my frustration, the customer service rep laughed at me. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
