They sent me the wrong item. It got there on time. The price was great. I emailed customer service, they got back to me quickly. They have not yet rectified the situation, but have assured me they will.

Excellent quality softball socks for a very cheap price. The shipping cosr more than the 2 pairs of aocks we ordered so I suggest doing a bulk order to offset that.
Being so far away from the US mainland, and in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, I am appreciative for the fast delivery time. I also found your prices very reasonable. I will definitely be visiting your website again for our future needs.

I ordered soccer socks and yes they were cheap- but I didn't realize how thin they would be - more like a dress sock. But it is what is - you do get what you pay for
Placed my order, got the date to receive my order. Payed for the shipping costs. However my order didn't ship until two days after I was suppose to receive it. I contacted Epic and just got a bunch of nonsense. Poor customer service. I would actually rate no stars but I had to pick as least one.
I placed an order on Saturday. On Thursday I phoned, only to be placed on hold for 20 minutes to find out that my items where to be shipped from the manufacturer to EpicSports and then on to me (on one of my two items they had no clue what the status if it was). EpicSports never say that it will take a week to process my order. If I had know that I would never placed the order.
Have no complaints..
Delivery could be faster, other than that the products are great!
Hard to tell sizes so I got items that are too small and not worth the restock and shipping fee to send back.
This is my first order with Epic Sports. So far so good. Would be five stars if shipping wasn't so high.
