Needed umpire shoes for a tournament. Ordered more than a week ahead of time, after seeing the item was in stock. After 3 business days I asked where is my tracking number... Had to wait on hold 20 minutes before customer service rep even got on phone. They told me they were "getting in" my item. I asked if I could cancel and buy elsewhere so I could have the shoes on time. They told I couldn't cancel my order. I called every day looking for tracking and their automated system kept saying no tracking yet available. On the 6th business day since placing the order, I waited on the phone over 45 minutes and a customer service rep still didn't get on the line. I finally had to call my CC company to dispute the charge as I was billed the day I placed the order even though they didn't have the item. Then guess what... The item was delivered that smae day... STILL their system says no tracking available... NOW... if you drop shipping, tell me from day one... NOW... If you are drop shipping shouldn't you tell me the tracking # when it's shipped. Instead I was thinking how I could do a tournament without shoes and wondering if they's ever come. NO EXCUSE for not communicating with their customers. I'd give zero stars but one is the lowest they allow...
My son loves the soccer socks I ordered him. Price was fabulous. My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks to receive. That's a really long time to wait.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
