We attempted to order the balls that go with the training bat. It did not indicate they were backordered. We were charged for both the training bat and the extra balls. Then we were contacted both by email and by automated phone call asking what to do with the order because of the backordered balls. We responded by email and by automated telephone. However we kept getting emails and phone calls about a half-dozen of each of them. Finally we received notification that the bat was shipped and subsequently followed up with the credit. So everything turned out okay, hiwecer the multitude of calls and emails received over a period of several days was frustrating; because they said the same thing and no matter how many times we said to send the training bat the information was not getting into your system resolving your issue.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
