Order the 28th of dec.was given a ETA of Jan. 10th.called on the 10th and the product hadnt even been printed yet nor shipped out.ask if they epic sports could pay to expedite my shipping being I was giving a false ETA and was told we dont have enough money to do so.I had to pay extra to update to 3 day shipping.Im seriously considering calling the Better Business Bureau.
