A product is great. I ordered same product last year. My only issue is the time it takes for shipping without having to pay additional for faster shipping services. I would have ordered more after the first order if it wasn't for the shipping time.

Just fast and faster
I received my order in a timely matter, however the pants are terrible in size. All I wanted to is pack them up and send them back. I get the run around by telling me I have to pay a restocking fee and I have to pay to return them. Then I'm told I can return them without paying all that if I can lay the pants flat and take pics and then send sizes. Just crappy service. If it's not right then I should be able to return them and get a full refund. I will not order from epic again.

I WAS EXPECTING THE HELMET TO INCLUDE A FACE MAST. I HAVE PURCHASED APPROXIMATELY 175 COLLEGE FOOTBALL HELMETS OVER THE YEARS. I SPENT 25 YEARS AS A FOOTBALL OFFICIAL. ALL OF YOUR PICTURES SHOWED HELMETS WITH A FACEMAST. I EXPECT YOU TO FURNISH ME ONE TO FIT THE HELMET FREE OF AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE THIS PURCHASE.
