Product options, prices, delivery... all were great! However I was trying to find volleyball knee pads for my small 11 year-old daughter and had a hard time finding them with your descriptions. Looks like we ended up with Adult Small (even though I filtered on "youth" in my search) and she really needs a Youth Small. For YOUTH knee pads it would be extremely helpful to have a size chart that correlates the knee pad size to the pant size. The quality looks really good though, but it's not worth my hassle to return them.

I have used Epic Sports for years and have been satisfied with my shopping experience.
I don't like that you don't offer free shipping for exchanges. You can't email for a return instructions-you have to call and there is usually a wait when you call. You didn't have the size needed and couldn't even order them and be put on a backorder list. Instead you have to keep checking back on the website.
Good balls I really thought they were a lol different, maybe a better description of them. Overall worth the price
