I wish someone would help fix my sons account, all we wanted to do was update the email. And in the process he lost his v-bucks and all his fortnite skins. I have gone back and forth with "customer service" in 105 emails and have gotten NOWHERE. They dont actually read what you email them. They just spout off with the same thing that you have already told them DOESNT WORK. They dont identify themselves until you call them out on it and you get a DIFFERENT person every single time you email them. There's no 800# to call, there's no live chat, just some random person on the other end that is basically a robot spouting off the same thing that doesnt work, no matter how many screenshots you show them PROVING that what they say to do DOESNT WORK. This is a 22.5 BILLION dollar company and they cant fix something this freaking simple. Just give my kid the $30 in vbucks he had. Thats it. That's all we care about at this point. #shouldhavestucktoxbox
