I bought an ebook from them 3 weeks ago, I paid via Visa Debit Card, the payment got accepted followed by a refusal from them to provide a link to download the ebook for a reason that they intentionally kept hidden, that reason being that this ebook is restricted to France Residents only, they should have revealed that restriction in the first place before the processing and acceptance of my payment, but they did not because of their scam nature, then they failed to provide a customer service for a problem that is caused by them, and until this moment they failed to refund my payment.
