Seems to good to be true because it is ended up having to pay for all over again at onsite location of proper training organisation because they say your complete and then new tasks get assigned in following days and then if you don`t complete in certain time they just cancel anyway. Thanks for making it easy.
I paid my money, followed the guidelines and completed the course...took several hours. Confirmation of the various sections took several days. I submitted personal ID details and uploaded video responses including the required ID details on my passport. I also completed the audio section as requested. Some days later I was notified that I had not completed the audio section and that I had not submitted my ID details. Eot do not have any contact details whatsoever on their website. They say that if you have trouble submitting the audio then you should call them on the phone...They have no phone. There are plenty of other white card issuers out there...don't waste your time and money with these crooks
